Shipping / Return Policy
Fast & Reliable Shipping
We process and ship all orders within 48 hours (Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM).
Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers to ensure timely delivery:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
- DHL
Order Tracking
If a tracking number is provided by the carrier, we will update your order with the tracking details. Please note that USPS First-Class Mail may not include tracking numbers.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are based on product weight and delivery location. Before completing checkout, you will see the total shipping cost for your order.
Back Orders
If an item is on backorder, we will ship the available items immediately. Once the backordered item is restocked, we will send it at no additional shipping charge.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
🚫 No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges – All sales are final.
Undeliverable Packages & Incorrect Addresses
- Ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delays.
- Incorrect addresses may result in additional UPS service fees.
- USPS does not allow address changes after shipment.
- We are not responsible for stolen packages.
📌 Special delivery instructions cannot be accommodated. USPS will attempt multiple deliveries or leave a notice for pick-up. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange retrieval. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments.
Lost Shipments
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at admin@flu-jack.com. We will initiate an investigation with USPS, which may take 8-10 business days. If confirmed lost, a replacement will be sent based on FedEx’s final determination.
